DAY 1: Arrival at Milano Malpensa Airport. Check in at a 4* hotel.

DAY 2: Sightseeing tour of Milan with a local English speaking guide to discover the most important attractions and monuments of the City. Lunch in a typical restaurant and in the afternoon free time to spend for shopping at the worldwide famous Galleria Monte Napoleone or relax. Welcome dinner in a elegant local restaurant.

DAY 3: Cooking class in Milan: traditional Italian recipes, depending on the season and availability of ingredients in the local market. After cooking, the moment finally comes to taste the results of your teamwork, sitting around the table in a typical Italian dining room to eat what we have prepared, and drink Italian wine selected. In the afternoon free time to enjoy the city on you own.

DAY 4: Leisure time in the morning. In the afternoon enjoy guided tasting of Franciacorta wine paired with artisanal baked goods, with a tour of the cellars. Possibility to stop at Franciacorta Outlet Village to do shopping.

DAY 5: Trasfer to Turin, Check in at a 4* hotel.

DAY 6: Escorted tour max 7 hrs with local guide. Entrance to Mole Antonelliana, Symbol of the city of Turin, the Mole Antonelliana’s construction begun in 1863 and was designed by Alessandro Antonelli to be a synagogue. In 1878 it was sold to the city who wanted to make a monument dedicated to the king of Italy Vittorio Emanuele II. In the afternoon free time to enjoy the city on you own.

DAY 7: Your private bus will take you to Alta Langa (1.30hrs from Turin) for a gastronomic tour. At the arrival visit to a small farm producing hazelnut Nocciola Piemonte IGP, with tasting, and after a walk in a lovely village in Alta Lunga area. Lunch in a typical tavern, discovering granmas’ recipes. In the afternoon visit to a small farm producing biological cheese made from Alta Langa sheep and goat’s milk, with tasting.

DAY 8: Your private bus will take you to Mango (1.30hrs from Turin) for a Moscato tour. At the arrival stop-off at Moscato Regional Enoteca with “country Cooking School” demostration, to discover the typical recipes, with tasting of Moscato d’Asti DOCG. Lunch in a typical-style restaurant. In the afternoon visit to an old stone mill, producing organic flours and visit to a Moscato wine cellar with tasting or, alternatively, gourmand break in a pastry shop with tasting of local delicacies and Moscato.

DAY 9: Transfer to Alba, beginning the visit with a walk around the historical center of the city. Lunch in a typical restaurant. In the afternoon you will simulate the search for the truffle, in the woods with the “Trifolau” and his dog, at the end visit to an estate specializing in the Truffle, with small tastings. Farewell dinner in a typical restaurant.

DAY 10: Departure.
