Adriatic Golf Club Cervia

///Adriatic Golf Club Cervia

Nestled between the ancient pine forests of Cervia and the sparkling shores of the Adriatic Sea, the Adriatic Golf Club Cervia is a destination where Italian elegance meets world-class golfing. With 27 unique holes spread across nearly 100 hectares of unspoiled natural beauty, this prestigious club invites you to experience the best of golf, leisure, and the Romagna lifestyle.

Founded in 1984 by the Municipality of Cervia with the support of local entrepreneurs, the Club quickly became a beloved destination for golf lovers across Europe. Its expansion in 2004 brought it to its current configuration of three distinct courses:

  • Red Course: winding through untouched pinewoods, this technical layout rewards precision and offers a quiet, shaded game.

  • Blue Course: inspired by American-style golf, this water-rich track surrounds you with scenic lakes and bold challenges.

  • Yellow Course: designed in the style of Scottish links, it features natural dunes, wide fairways, and an invigorating sea breeze.

Together, these three loops form an exhilarating and ever-changing experience, making the Adriatic Golf Club Cervia a year-round favorite for amateurs and professionals alike. Thanks to the temperate coastal climate, the course remains open and enjoyable throughout all seasons.

In 2008, the club undertook an innovative turf conversion project. Today, the fairways and tees boast Bermuda Riviera grass, selected for its rapid green-up after winter and excellent performance in warm months. This pioneering approach ensures lush, sustainable playing conditions while dramatically reducing water and chemical use.

Beyond the greens, the Clubhouse is the social heart of the resort. With a panoramic terrace overlooking the course, a cozy lounge with fireplace, and a gourmet restaurant serving the finest Romagna cuisine, it’s a haven of relaxation and refinement. Sip a crafted cocktail after your round or indulge in local specialties like homemade pasta and seafood—all just steps from the game.

But what makes Adriatic Golf Club Cervia truly exceptional is its location. Just a short walk from the stylish seaside town of Milano Marittima, and a brief drive to Ravenna—home to eight UNESCO-listed monuments and a dazzling mosaic heritage—you’ll find culture, nature, wellness, and entertainment at your fingertips. Nearby attractions include the Saline Natural Park, the Ravenna Thermal Spa, Mirabilandia amusement park, and a vast network of cycling trails along coast and countryside.

Whether you’re teeing off under pine-covered skies or soaking in the Riviera sun, Adriatic Golf Club Cervia is more than a golf destination—it’s an immersive Italian escape designed for those who appreciate beauty, sport, and the pleasures of life.
